What inspires your pottery?

You could say that nature is my muse, especially the colours and textures I find along the coast - shells, driftwood, and sea glass. So my inspiration comes straight from the heart of the ocean and the beauty of coastal living. There's something magical about the sea that sets my creativity on fire(excuse the lame pottery pun!).

Where exactly is the pottery studio located?

My studio is nestled in the charming seaside town of Tramore, right along Waterford’s stunning Copper Coast in Ireland.

Can I request custom orders?

Absolutely! I'd be delighted to bring your unique ideas to life. You can even personalise any of my existing designs to make them truly special.

What can I customise in a custom order?

I'm all about adding that personal touch. You can request specific character details, like gender or hair colour, and include meaningful text such as names, dates, or quotes. Or we can create a new and unique design for you.

What type of clay do you use?

I work with robust white stoneware clay; a versatile medium with a small amount of grog in it that lends itself to handbuilding, which lets me create magic.

Can you explain your firing process?

My pottery undergoes a bisque firing, followed by the artistry of decorating with underglazes and glazes before a second firing at temperatures up to 1250°C.

How long does it take to make a piece?

Crafting pottery is a journey that takes time. It can be up to 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish, but it's worth every moment.

Can I buy your pottery online?

Absolutely! You can explore and purchase my pottery right here on my website. I'd be thrilled to share my creations with you.

What is your return policy?

My return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with issues?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please take a photo of it and contact me right away. I'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are exceptions. Custom orders, including special orders or personalised items, as well as sale items or gift cards, cannot be returned.
